1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or accessing Campus Vedha, the institution agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. CampusVedha is a product and subsidiary of Hydizo Global Solutions Private Limited and Hydizo Global Solutions Limited. These terms govern the software license, cloud availability, user accounts, and statutory obligations.
2. Uptime & Service Levels
We provide a target uptime of 99.9% for our core cloud infrastructure, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
