1. Subscription & Services Refund Policy

CampusVedha, a product and subsidiary of Hydizo Global Solutions Private Limited and Hydizo Global Solutions Limited, bills annual subscription fees as per the institutional service level agreement. If an institution is dissatisfied within the first 30 days of implementation due to technical non-performance, a pro-rated refund will be evaluated as per the contractual agreement.
