We adhere strictly to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. All personal data relating to students, parents, guardians, and faculty members is hosted strictly on servers located within the territory of India.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process student and parental data exclusively on behalf of our client institutions (schools, colleges, and education trusts) to deliver core educational ERP services, including attendance notifications, fee invoicing, report card generation, and student safety monitoring.
3. Non-Sale of Data
Campus Vedha does not sell, rent, or commercialize any student or parent information to third-party advertisers or lead aggregators. Your institutional data belongs 100% to your institution.
